- The proposed design must be enforced in the country of enrollment.
- Systems can be enforced in one or further eligible Commonwealth Foundation member countries and can have a public, sub-national, indigenous, or transnational remit.
- The aspirant association must have a minimum of two times of provable experience working on participatory governance and advocacy within the area/ theme( s) of the proposed design.
- The total entitlement quantum requested must be between£,000 and £,000 per time and for outside of two times.

All aspirants applying for the 2023/24 Commonwealth subventions must submit a completed online operation form, including the following fresh attestation
- A sense model ( using the template handed).
- A dupe of the association’s enrollment instrument.
- For subventions of£,000 per annum a dupe of the association’s most recent audited accounts or periodic accounts. Note that periodic accounts must include a balance distance, a profit and loss statement, and notes about the account.
- The audited or periodic accounts mustn’t be aged more than December 2021.
- For subventions of £,001 and above a dupe of the association’s most recent audited accounts. Note that audited accounts must include both the accounts and the opinion of the external adjudicator who has certified them.
